What is the refund policy?
Due to the overwhelming demand for our Terror Beyond The Walls Tour we are unable to offer refunds. We can change your date if we have another time available with a 48 hour notice, anything before or after 48 hours we can not guarantee a rebooking.- In the event of inclement weather, we will offer you a new date and time or 100% refund if you can not pick an alternate date.
Cancellations initiated by the client will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking value.
