Historical walking tour of Philly

Can easily be combined with Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours’ Hop-on Hop-off Double-decker Tours.

On this 90-minute, small group walking tour of Philadelphia’s Old City and Society Hill, learn about the beginning of the United States of America. Our trained guides start the tour at Independence National Historical Park, home of Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. From there, we walk along cobblestone streets and narrow alleys to see Christ Church, Carpenters’ Hall, Elfreth’s Alley, the Betsy Ross House, the First Bank, the Quaker Meeting House, and Benjamin Franklin’s grave, to name just a few of the many sights and landmarks along the way.

This Philly walking tour is designed to educate and entertain, providing participants with information about the Founding Fathers’ struggle for independence and building of a foundation for the new world.
